The Justice system in the Panic Society.



    The Justice system in the evil United States was formed by
the evil White Europeans of this country. They based it upon the
phony idea "Innocent until proven guilty".

    It is set up on the principle of trial by jury. In such a
trial, the accused is allowed to defend himself. This person is
represented by a greedy lawyer, a person that specializes in
knowledge of the law.

    If the person is accused of a crime, the Government uses a
lawyer to present its case. If this is a civil problem, the
accuser is present in court with their lawyer to present their
case.

    A judge is used to control the preceeding. He, she is a
person that has been elected and is knowledgeable in the laws of
the land. A law clerk is present to make a written record of all
of the preceeding that take place.

    Both sides are allowed to present their case. They are
allowed to provide evidence to support their case. Witnesses are
also called to testify for their sides. They are questioned by
both sides in an effort to get a complete story.

    Final judgement in most cases is made by a panel of local
citizens called a jury. They are selected by lottery and then
subjected to questioning by the Judge, and the lawyers from both
side. This is done in an effort to find citizens that have no
interest in the case. This jury then listens to the testimony and
evidences presented. They are then told what the law requires and
provides in such cases. They are then required to discuss the
case in private and render a verdict from this information.

    However,

    The 20th century court system in the U.S. were plagued with
a lot of problems. The overworked, underpaid judges were swamped
with huge caseloads. People were suing everyone for everything
and anything. Crime was running rampant. The prisons were
overloaded.

    "About 9.7 million people were jailed in 1988"."During the
same year, 9.6 million people were released from jails. Both
numbers represent increases of 20% from 1983". (Saginaw News, Feb
5,1990). There are more people imprisoned in the US prisons then
anywhere else in the world except South Africa. (Most of those
prisoners in South Africa are there because of their political
beliefs.)

    The evil Supreme Court became overwhelmed with appeals and
other problems.

    All this work is costing the taxpayers huge sums of money.
Lawyers got filthy rich over the whole mess. In fact, Lawyers
represent a huge growth industry in the U.S. where there are more
lawyers per 100,000 people then anywhere else in the world.

    Issues such as the death sentence started tying up the
courts from other duties. A example is the Ted Bundy case. Over
11 years of court time and millions of dollars in taxpayer's
money were wasted by right to life lawyers as they tried to keep
Bundy away from the electric chair.

    The court preceeding could take up huge amounts of time. It
could often take days just to select a jury especially if the
charges were for a serious crime such as murder or rape.

    Such trials could last for days, weeks, months, or even
years. They would generate huge volumes of paperwork. (every
spoken word must be written down). Then, if the jury couldn't
decide, the trial had to start over again.

    Constant plea bargaining, bribery, and other slick tactics
allow those with money to escape being sent to prison for their
crimes. Your glorious hero, Teddy Kennedy, was cleared of the
murder of Mary Jo Kopanick. She was quickly buried without an
autopsy to determine the cause of her death. Investigating
officials were told to "Close the case or else they would forfeit
their careers and or lives".

    The Robert Kennedy Smith rape trial saw the Kennedy family
spend over $150,000 for his defense. After all, he didn't do it.

    Others, who had no money, were found guilty and sent to
prison, often under sentences that were far longer then they
should normally be.

    Example,

    Several evil Michigan men, who had no prior criminal record,
was given a life with no parole sentience after being convicted
of possession of over 50 grams of cocaine. Many evil people that
had no money became scapegoats of crimes that they didn't commit.
This included a large number of minorities of large urban
centers.

    Because he had three prior convictions of cocaine use, the
police busted into Richard Windrows house on 4AM. He was found to
have 5 ounces of crack in his house. The verdict, life with no
parole.

    Ameal A. Johnson was sentenced to 15 years in prison for
attempting to steal items worth less then $100 at Saginaw General
Hospital on February 11, 1990. (This case was appealed and
resentenced to 90 days. with 808 days of credit).

    A greedy evil White European by the name of X ran a plumbing
business in the local area. because things were tight, he got
caught in a cash bind.

    For two weeks, he ended up transferring checking accounts in
an effort to keep the bills paid. This process is called "Kiting"
and is illegal.

    Mr X went to the bank and volinterred to end the kiting and
pay up the accounts as soon as possible. The bank agreed. but,
because the amount of funds were over $100,000, this transaction
had to be reported to the FBI.

    6 months after reporting this, the FBI asked for all of the
business records. In the meantime, Mr X had paid up all of the
accounts plus 15%.

    Mr X was brought to trial. because of the way the law is set
up on this, Mr X was given 18 months in federal prison.

    Mr X was promptly put in chains and dragged all over the
country with other prisoners, many of them murderers and drug
dealers. In the meantime, the business was closed and 21
employees were laid off.

    Patrick Lee Frank confessed to the burning of over 100
churches in the South. His lawyer entered a plea of guilty by
reason of insanity. Frank is now in a mental hospital where he is
eligible for release in a year.

    A man was shot in the chest by his bride to be when he
announced to her that he was backing out of getting married. The
Judge gave her a 2 year probation for this attempted murder.

    Michelle Itami of Royal Oak, Michigan, was arrested and
handcuffed April 92 for the horrendous crime of putting the trash
out too early. She had violated city law by placing her trash at
the curbside before 5PM.

    A lady was fined $100 for having six pet cats.

    A former Catholic priest in Minnesota, who has admitted to
molesting dozens of children, was convicted of molesting the teen
aged baby sitter. His case was plea bargoned to 6 months in
county jail. Your Glorious Leaders will make sure that he gets
locked away for ever.

    Lorenna Bobbit was given a month of care for her insanity
plea of cutting off her evil husband's penis. Your Glorious
Leaders made sure that the sentence was reduced to two weeks.

    Renee Solomon was arrested in her office February 11, by
five armed officers for the horrendous crime of killing sparrows.
The birds supposingly died after her landlord applied a sticky
repellent to ward off hundreds of pigeons that were feeding off
the neighbors birdfeeders. Your Glorious Leaders made sure that
she paid for that horrible crime.

    A teen boy shot to death a classmate in the New York city
school despite the presence of 20 city police in the hallway. He
is now back in school after being suspended for a week.

    In this same city, the poop patrol is on constant watch for
dog owners that don't clean up after their dog. They patrol all
of the favorite places that dogs like to go in. With their
binoculars, video cameras, and other surveillance equipment, they
lay in wait. Then, they nab the offending owner slapping them
with a $50 fine for failure to clean up after their dog.

    Louis Taylor, 41, was reading a book on master chess
strategies in the public library. He had his chess board with him
to lay out the moves. He was arrested and handcuffed because he
was violating a rule of having a board game in the library.

    Fred and Venda Bytendorp face 30 days in jail with a $1000
fine because their lawn died. Authorities claimed that they
killed it because they were complaining about the high water
bill.

    Black motorist Rodney King, was pulled over on a speeding
charge by Las Angles police. A spectator videotaped the incident
unknown at the time to police.

    In the resulting trial, the entire tape was used as evidence
that king was resisting arrest. The officers were found innocent
after a long trial April 29th, 1992.

    Riots and looting started soon after the verdict. The
results from this senseless violence were more then 54 dead, 800
injuries, some of them severe, 3000 arrests, and a billion
dollars of damage from thousands of fires. Other major cities
also ended up with riots.

     As a result, your glorious leaders made sure that those evil
officers were retried and found guilty of their awful crimes.

    A few months before the Rodney King case, a undercover
officer was videotaped being pushed through a plate glass window
by LA police.

     Serial killer Jeffery Dahmer, could end up spending a year
in prison. This is because he has changed his plea to guilty but
insane. Of course, a person would have to be insane to butcher
people the way this guy did. But, in the eyes of Your Glorious
Leaders, "He didn't know what he was doing".

    Locally, a Jackson man was convicted on a felony charge of
"sampling grapes at the local supermarket". A Saginaw man served
2 1/2 years in Jackson for an in store shoplifting of 4 ink pens.
(the case was later overturned, retried, and thrown out.) A
murderer was allowed to plea bargain his murder charge down to a
careless discharge of a firearm charge. The victim had been shot
twice. Drugs were also involved in the murder. A landlord was
sued for $125,000 because the tenants dog caused an injury by
running into a moped. William P Demongey was released on the
grounds of "Temporary Insanity" in spite of the fact that he
fired a bullet through the city hall window and narrowly missed
hitting city manager Stonner of Saginaw. Mike R Woods and John L
Zeros faces 4 years in prison for killing a cat by choking and
stomping on it.

    A 9 yr old girl was handcuffed and arrested for pebble
throwing. Carl Lieberman, 9, was arrested for squirting people
with a squirt gun.Linda Judson was put behind bars for failing to
return 2 video tapes on time. An 88 yr old woman has been
arrested for refusing to return a kickball that children kept
kicking over into her yard.

    A typing error allowed Frank Mars, a confessed murdered, to
go scott free. Satanic Cult high priestess, Sara Villareal, was
set free by Federal Judges in spite of the fact that several
officials were injured in the gun battle that resulted in her
arrest for the cult murder of 15 people. Juanita Maxwell claimed
that she had no way to prevent several robberies that she
committed in 1988 because her split personality took control and
pulled them off.

    Then, there were other problems occurring. A Judge was found
guilty of molesting defendants in his chambers. A Police
Commander started molesting a girl that had reported being
molested. Police brutality is becoming a common occurrence as
frustrated officers try to enforce the law only to see the
criminals back out on the streets the next day.

    Locally, a police officer yanked a teen boy from a school
bus and beat him up after accusing him of a crime. He did this to
the wrong teen boy in front of a busload of other teens.

     Also, police officers were being bribed or got involved in
drugs. In some cases, officers that were trying to gather
evidence to arrest very important drug kingpins were told to
"Back Off" by their superiors. One Detroit superior was arrested
and held without bond on thief charges. He was found to be ready
to flee the country if caught.

    Even Judges were being bribed. This was easily possible
because of the low pay that many Judges received. Lawyers often
made more money. It was not uncommon for a Judge to have been
bought by organized crime.

    Being a judge could be very dangerous. People were
constantly dragging in all kinds of dangerous things into the
courtrooms. Example, in October, 1990 the Saginaw Courthouse did
a test checkout of all visitors to the courtroom. Over 300
weapons were taken from those visitors. This included metal bars,
meat tenderizer, an assortment of knives, a loaded pistol, and
brass knuckles.

    Fort Worth Texas (AP) Two attorneys were killed, Two judges
and a attorney were injured when a gunman open fire in the
courtroom. This makes five people since 1986 that have been
killed there. The suspect was in court being charged with child
molesting from a messy divorce case.

    Finally, a Judge could have his life or that of his family
threatened by felons that were convicted in his courtroom. Their
friends could also threaten them.

    Even worse problems were occurring in foreign countries. In
Columbia, over a hundred judges have were murdered in one year.
The entire Supreme Court in Columbia was gunned down in their
courtroom by cocaine terrorist. Drug kingpins had complete family
files on all of the Judges. They could easily kill Judges and
members of their families.

    Prisons continue to be terribly over crowded. Drugs, aids,
and homosexual rape were the normal activities there. The law of
the jungle is the rule in many prisons. Fights and stabbing are
almost daily events. Guards could be easily bribed and many
felons just plain walked away. Prisoners in liberal states can
even get furloughs for the weekend. Many of them committed even
more serious crimes while on furlough.

    The cost of keeping people in prisons got very expensive. It
cost almost $25,000 a year to keep one person locked up in
Michigan. The State has spent $800,000,000 on prisons and prison
construction in 1989. In spite of doubling in size, Michigan
prisons are still overcrowded. Judges are being pressured to not
convict criminals, or, else, they are being told to reduce the
sentences on conviction.

    Many prisoners were often paroled early. This was done in
order to make more room for more prisoners. Others have been kept
way past their out dates. Most state prisons are jammed to 50%
over their designed capacity. The state tried to build more
prisons. But, no one wanted one in their neighborhood. (The NIMBY
syndrome) As a result, a person that got a life sentences, could
expect to be eligible for parole in 5 to 10 years.

    An even bigger problem is that over 2/3 of the parolees
would commit another serious crime while out on parole, often of
the same nature that got them in prison in the first place.
Saginaw News April 4, 1989, PageC1. Many murderers committed more
murderer when freed and even in prison. Rapist almost all of the
time commit another rape soon after they are released. Child
molesters are always back to their old habits as soon as they are
out.

    Prisoners are getting away all the time. While loose, they
continue to rob, rape, and murder.

    Worse yet, the prison system is suppose to punish and
rehabilitate prisoners. It has failed miserably in this
responsibility. Due to tight budgets, many of the work and
education programs that used to be in prisons have now been
eliminated. Prisons are now jammed with prisoners that have
nothing to do all day long.

    Locally, the county jail is being forced to release
prisoners early. So far, over 120 have been released early in
1992. The jail is so overcrowded that the jailer is only
accepting drug dealers, murders, arsonist, child molesters and
rapist. Crime is running rampid in the county.

    In the Panic Society, there will be no problems with court
systems, lawyers, juries, and prisons. Your Glorious Leaders have
adopted the system of Justice currently practiced in Singapore. A
person accused of a crime is judged by the master computer
according to a special Judge, Lawyer and Jury software program.
The lie detector and genetic testing for the "Aggression Gene"
has been perfected. It is no longer be necessary to have a
defense council or jury to determine is a person is telling the
truth or not.

    In cases where your views and thinking are not "Politically
Correct", your glorious leaders can overrule the master computer
and find you guilty or innocent as such events suit their
interests.

    Because once a criminal, always a criminal, there is only
one sentence. Life imprisonment with no parole. That way, there
is never a problem with repeat offenders.

    The prisons will be the super safe home itself. As each
person is sealed in a super safe home for their own safety, there
is never a problem with overcrowding or building a prison. The
punishment will be to turn off communication contact with other
members of the Panic Society. From then on, the only
communication is that of one way morality lessons for life. Such
prisoners will be constantly monitored to be sure they they
respond in a "Politically Correct" manner.

































Is this all possible?

    In communist countries and Singapore, there are no jurors in
the court system. The judge is controlled by the state. You are
judged guilty unless determined to be innocent by the state.
Usually, you are just pronounced guilty and shipped off to
prison. Those prisons are located in remote, isolated, hostile
areas. There is no parole in those countries. Few prisoners ever
escape. Guards are seldom bribed. There are no drug problems in
those prisons. You become a slave that manufactures some product
for the State. You have almost no contact with anyone on the
outside. Life expectancy in those prisons is very short. There
are far fewer prisoners in those prisons then in the US.

    In the US, you are considered innocent until proven guilty.
If you are a Conservative Republican, you are guilty even if
proven innocent. If you are a Liberal Democrat such as a Kennedy,
you are always innocent, even if found guilty.

    If the accusation is that of child molesting or a sex crime,
you are GUILTY, even if proven innocent.

    Panic Society members are prisoners of their own super safe
house. Punishment is easily done by the master computer. It just
plain shuts off their communication with other members of the
Panic Society.



Can it really happen?

    In the state of Washington, repeat offenders have been
picked up and locked away long past their sentence on the grounds
that liberals think that they may commit the crime again.

    In Michigan, if you are arrested for possession of 500 grams
of Crack Cocaine, you WILL be locked away in prison for the rest
of your life with no chance of parole. This includes first time
offense, no prior criminal record of any kind.

    Presently, there is a study to find the "Aggression Gene".
However, Liberals of the African American community are blocking
all such research since they fear a genetic connection between
all the violent crimes committed by minorities and an Aggression
Gene.

    Willie Horton became a hero of Your Glorious Leaders after
the Bush presidential campaign of 1988 made a political issue out
of his crime he committed while on furlough.

    Willie needed some instant money while he was in Maryland on
furlough. While in the gas station, he robbed a couple at
gunpoint. He tied up the husband, cut off the husbands testicles,
stuffed them into the husbands mouth, and then raped the husbands
wife.

    Your Glorious Leaders call Willie Hortan a victim of racism.
